Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided a warm welcome, making me feel at ease during my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and spacious, offering a comfortable environment for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel provided basic amenities such as a TV in the room, which was a nice touch.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry to Isla Holbox, making it easy to catch an early ferry. there are shops and dinner places around the area. the courtyard where the restaurant is located is worth mentioning.

The hotel disappointed me with its lack of cleanliness. the sheets were dirty, and the bathroom was not properly maintained.

Spent Xmas Eve at this hotel; really enjoyed the cozy courtyard and restaurant area, and the large comfy bed was a plus! loved the convenience of being just a short walk from the ferry and a few shops and restaurants.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and the towels were not in the best condition. Plus, the noise from barking dogs and cars kept us awake at night.

Good location close to the ferry and affordable price are the two only advantages of this hotel. there is a place to park your car if you are a guest.

Spending Christmas in a hotel without any festive decoration and staying in a dirty room with stained sheets and towels was an unpleasant experience. the bathroom was not in the best condition and we didn't have hot water.

We loved the convenience of this hotel's location near the ferry to a nearby island. The hotel is also situated close to plenty of shops and dining options. Additionally, the room was spacious and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the hotel's parking facilities were free of charge, just what we needed.
